PC Support/Helpdesk Specialist
We are seeking candidates that have strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel. Duties include: Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals; upgrading or replacing hardware and software systems; answering help desk calls and responding to requests in a timely fashion; assisting with rollout of new desktop products & upgrades; assisting other team members with various IT administrative tasks; assisting in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of new and existing servers. This is a hands-on position which includes helpdesk support of traveling and remote users, and personal involvement in day-to-day end-user support.
We are seeking an experienced Network/Systems Engineer. Candidate will work at multiple off-site client locations on various projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Design, implementation, and on-going support of LAN/WAN infrastructures; Installation and configuration of Windows 2003/2008 servers, Exchange 2003/2007/2010, and Blackberry Enterprise servers; must have hands-on experience with routers/switches/firewalls and Active Directory. Qualified candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience.
