Kinetic Networking Opens Offices in the Old Roxy Theater in Caldwell, Ohio
CALDWELL, OHIO - If you have been on the square over the past month, you have most likely noticed new life at the old Roxy Theater. Kinetic Networking has opened a new office in Caldwell.
"Many people think that we are a new company and that could not be further from the truth. We have been in business for over three years working for over 100 clients in multiple states," said Rataiczak.
Kinetic Networking is an Information Technology ("IT") consulting firm that provides support to businesses that lack an IT staff as well as provide supplemental support to companies with existing IT departments. They work with their clients to help them manage their current technology infrastructure while helping them plan for the growth of technology as it applies to their business.

With their new office, Kinetic Networking will be providing two new services. The first is a flat rate service to help local residents and businesses get their computers working at their best. "Local businesses and residents can bring their computers or laptops to our office and our staff will clean all the spyware off of them and get them patched and secure and operating at its best potential for a flat fee of $55.00," said Rataiczak.
The Kinetic Virtual HelpDesk is the second reason for the office space in Caldwell. Rataiczak states, "We are really excited about this product and what it can do for our area. This system allows our staff to be the IT department for businesses that cannot afford to hire the own computer personnel. It provides customers with full service IT support for a fraction of the cost of hiring an IT person."
The Virtual HelpDesk gives clients access to a team of computer support professionals that are there to answer ANY question you have. Individual users can grant them access to remotely control their computer and they can walk them through the answers to their questions. They also monitor the system logs for common errors and will often times proactively call customers alerting them to potential problems that need to be addressed.
